Users can select from 4 to 20 mA a pulse generator or an increased flow meter input that allows remote devices to calculate fluid levels and quantities. It is as easy to calibrate the panel mount of NUFLO MC-III as to add a flow meter calibration variable and to select the evaluation units needed. The tool automatically calculates its own divider. Using MC-III interface software, the user can enter the calibration factor of the metre, pressure and temperature parameters and FPV when the device is combined with a gas flow meter. The wide range of complete and frequency device options enables customers to tailor the screen, inputs and outputs to specific requirements.

The MC-III Panel Mount calculates instantaneous flow prices and amounts acquired on the basis of a turbine flow meter input signal. The MC-III microprocessor circuit counts the pulses of a supportive flow meter, converts data into the volume and rate values according to calibration settings, and shows total data on the two-line LCD. The top eight digits show complete fluid quantities; the top six digits show flow rate. By pressing a single key, total values are saved to a non-volatile memory, which minimizes the risk of data loss even when power outages occur. Developed within the popular Windows environment, the MC-III interface software is a simple and user-friendly application that links all controls to the setup and operation of the tool. The software adapts the controls to the user’s needs.
